Bobbie Marie Bolton, 60, of Amarillo died Wednesday, March 25, 2015.

Services were held at New Light Ministries. Burial was in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Warford-Walker Mortuary.

Bobbie Marie Bolton light began to shine on October 14th, 1954 in Lamesa, Texas the fourth child of four to the Late Bobby Dee and Dorothy Marie Holland Bolton. Bobbie Marie, attended schools in Amarillo, Texas, where she graduated from Palo Duro High in 1972.

Bobbie later on became employed with Bell Helicopter for many, many years and later with Pantex, where again she worked until her health began to fail and she retired.

Bobbie was very a special person that wore many hats, (Mother, grandmother, friend, aunt, and sister) with a smile. She was a caring, giving and happy person to know. On March 25th, 2015 Early in the morning her light went out. God called her home, and like so many others he went into his Garden and saw this wonderful full bloomed flower, and said come my lovely it is time for you to rest. You have given and given. You have provided sunshine where there was darkness. You have given breath of fresh air to so many. You have provided laughter where there was none, but now I am ready for you to brighten Heaven's Gates just a little bit brighter. Come lay your head on my chest so that I may give you rest.

Bobbie was preceded in death by both of her parents; Bobby Dee and Dorothy Marie Bolton Wooten, and her step father Mr. Nathaniel Wooten.

She leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, Ricky Bolton and DeWayne Bolton; two daughters, Josandra (Sandy) Bolton and Tamara Smith, all of Amarillo; two brothers, Willie and AnTia Bolton and Clarence and Janice Bolton, all of Amarillo; her two sisters, Linda Bolton of Dallas and Natalie Wooten of California; one devoted aunt, Mrs. Melba Johnson of Amarillo. and 11 grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
