Services were held January 27, 2016 at V.A. Post #1475, . - Amarillo, TX. with Col. Hoffman officiating. Arrangements were made by Warford-Walker Mortuary.

Carl Gene Bristow was born Aug. 22, 1950, grew up in Amarillo, graduated from Caprock High School, served in the Navy and afterward worked at the Methodist Hospital in Lubbock, Texas in ICU as a Registered Nurse.

Survived by wife Linda Bristow, son & wife Ben & Laura Bristow of Whiteface, Texas, Daughter, Angela Gail Bristow, Step-Son and wife, Gary & Misty Keeler. Brother James Michael “Mike” Bristow of Oklahoma. Sister, Paula K. Hornell of California and 10 grandchildren.
