Chance was born on March 27, 2019, in Amarillo, Texas to Ronnie Devon Faison and Stormy Morgan Simmons.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kai`Ron Reginald Casey Faison.

Chance leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, three (3) aunts, Tatiana Simmons, Ivy Faison, and Terri Faison, and grandparents, Kamon (Linda) Simons and Quincy Hardy and Trina Faison.
