Iris Dyer

Iris B. Dyer, 65, of Amarillo, formerly of Shamrock, died Saturday, March 19, 2016.

Services were held at Emmanuel Temple C.O.G.I.C., with the Rev. E.L. Demerson, pastor, officiating and the Rev. John T. Bowser as euglogist. Burial was in Buckner Cemetery in Holdenville, Okla. Arrangements were made by Warford-Walker Mortuary.

Iris B. Dyer was born May 3, 1950, in Holdenville, Okla. While living in Amarillo, she was employed as a nurse at Baptist St. Anthony’s Hospital and Northwest Texas Hospital.

Survivors include a daughter, Wendy Eagle of Oklahoma City; two sons, Curtis Dyer of Arlington and Frederick Dyer of Amarillo; and a host of other relatives and friends.
