Katherine Louise (Bradley) Swain

Mrs. Katherine "Kathy" Louise Swain, 63, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on December 12, 2017.
She was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on February 6, 1954, to the late Reverend Roy and Willie Lou Henson Bradley.
Mrs. Swain attended and graduated from the Amarillo Independent School District. She was a member of the 1971 graduating Class of Palo Duro High School. She also attended Amarillo College. She was employed by Bank One until she returned home to Amarillo, Texas. She began her career with Valero Energy in 1994 until retiring in March of 2017.
She was a member of Wroten High Plains Court of Calanthe, The Best of Carver Association and the Hood Mass Choir. She was a long time member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, prior to uniting with Greater Mount Olive Baptist Church where she served as the organist until her illness.
Mrs. Swain was preceded in death by her parents and an infant son, Anfernee DeRoy Swain.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Billy D. Swain, two sons, Ronald Jackson and Jermaine (Tracy) Johnson, a daughter, Felisha Swain and a brother, James Tavie and four grandchildren.
