Katie Mae Reese, 97, of Amarillo died Friday, Feb. 19, 2016.
Memorial services were held at Warford-Walker Mortuary chapel with the Rev. E.J. Cofer officiating. Arrangements were made by Warford-Walker Mortuary.
Katie Mae Reese was born May 26, 1918, in Mexia. She was a lontime resident of Amarillo and a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.
Survivors include four nephews, Joe, John, Larry and Stanley Tharpe, all of Amarillo; and a niece, Carol Lax of Amarillo.
