Kendall Minter, 79, of Amarillo died Wednesday, April 6, 2016.
Memorial services were held at Central Church of Christ, in Amarillo with Brother Mark Love officiating. Burial was in the National Cemetery in Bakersfield, Calif. Arrangements were made by Warford-Walker Mortuary.
Kendall Minter was born Oct. 10. 1936, in Wellsburgh, W. Va. He served in the Army from June 5, 1956, to April 11, 1958.
Survivors include a daughter, Hestine Marie Minter of Amarillo; a son, Simen Burrvel Jr. of Bakersfield; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
