Kenneth Fields, 58, of Amarillo died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015.
Services were held at First Baptist Church in Memphis with the Rev. Judge Smith, Jr. officiating. Burial was in South Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Warford-Walker Mortuary.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, A.D. McGowan and Olevia Fields; a sister, Laverne Williams and a Brother Curtis Fields, Jr.
Kenneth Fields was born March 8, 1957, in Memphis, Texas. He attended public schools in Memphis and graduated from Memphis High School. Kenneth was an employee of Swift of Amarillo and was also a music DJ. He also operated a record shop for several years in Amarillo. He is survived by his wife Jeannetta of the home; one son, Kenneth Fields, Jr. of Dallas, TX. Two daughters Jawanna Fields of Frisco, TX. and Tawanna Fields of Dallas, Texas; Two Sisters, Esther Fields (Boss) of Memphis, TX. and Thelma Morris of Dallas, TX. two grandchildren - Kierra and Kameron Fields.
