Mary Nell (Crobsy) Campbell

Mary Nell Crosby Campbell, 73, Amarillo, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.

Mary was born on November 11, 1944, in Carthage, Texas to Mary and Thomas Crosby.  Mary was married to her ex-husband James E. Campbell for over 50 years.  She lived in Amarillo, Texas most of her life.  Mary graduated from James Madison High School and she enjoyed working in the nursing field.  She was employed with Outreach Health Services for over 10 years as a Home Health Care Provider and later retired in 2014.  One of her hobbies growing up was riding horses and horse barrel racing.

Mary was a loyal, faithful and active member of Greater Love Temple for many years.  As a member and mother of the church, she was abundantly loved and touched so many members of Greater Love Temple and all walks of life.  She cherished her family and friends.  She knew no stranger and was a well-rounded strong woman of God that believed that we are measured by our faith, believe, words and how we serve the Lord.  She will be missed immensely by all.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, John Crosby and Henry Crosby and two sons, James Campbell and Charles Anthony Campbell.

She leaves to cherish her memories, a daughter, Patria Osuoha, four sons, Glenn Campbell, Bruce Campbell, Sammye Campbell and Thomas Campbell, her siblings, Gloria Brown, Carol Davis, Redia Davis, Patricia Hughes, Tennessee Bryant, Tywana Harms, Alvin Crosby and Thomas Crosby, her grandchildren, Jermall Campbell, Kiya Oresanya, Amuche Onyirimba, Melvin Baker, Bruce Campbell, Jr., Brice Campbell, Mary Campbell, Tracia McDonald, Billy Budd, great-grandchildren, Kristiana Blythe, Alyja Campbell, Jermall Campbell, Jr., Jeremiah Campbell, Heaven Campbell, Kalianna Campbell and Jermarion Campbell, Josiah Amadi-Hearn, Amarachi Onyirimba and a host of relatives, friends and her Greater Love Temple Church family.
