Charles Edward Tinner, 70, of Amarillo, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2019.
Charles was born on June 29, 1948, to the late Webb and Dorothy Lee Royal Tinner in Nevada, Texas. Charles (also known as Charlie, Chalk and, Cheetah), graduated from Tulia High School. He continued to pursue his education and obtained a Business Administration Degree and a Ministerial Degree from Grace Christian Fellowship Center, Inc., in Lubbock, Texas. He excelled in sales and owned his own car detailing business for over 15 years. He was a very kind and soft-spoken individual who loved to play dominoes and engaged in sports conversations. He was a man of God and very family oriented. Charles loved old school cars and his passion was fashion.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Faye Kemp, a brother, Grover Donell Tinner, and two nephews, Ronald J. Kemp and Destrey Q. Tinner.
He leaves to cherish his memories, three daughters, Chasity Daniels, Linda Armstrong and Nicole Armstrong, two sons, Adam Armstrong and Tyrone Christopher, three brothers, Leonard Tinner, Ronnie (Muriel) Tinner, Namon (Marilyn), seven sisters, Darlene Beaver, Everlene Tinner, Katherine Tinner, Linda Tinner, Alma Tinner-Anderson, Helene (Torlynn) Tinner-Smothers, and Laticia (Senercia) Tinner-Stephens, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family relatives, and friends.
