Obituary

Horace Hansome “Mustard” Vaughn, 59, of Amarillo, Texas, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023.

He was born in Nashville, Howard County, Arkansas, to Joe Lewis, and Verma May Witmore Vaughn.

Mr. Vaughn leaves to cherish his memories, his “special friend,” Deborah Henderson of their home, five sons, Daniel Thomas (Dana) of Amarillo, Texas, William Cornelius of Irving, Texas, Patrick Cornelius of Dallas, Texas, Ty’Lael Cornelius, and Skylen Cornelius of Amarillo, Texas, one daughter, Regina Thomas-Tomman (Jeremy), of San Antonio, Texas, four sisters, Andretta “Tad” Poindexter (Earl), of Nashville, Arkansas, Evette Fowler (Dale), of Kansas City, Missouri, Faye Ozan (George), of Nashville, Arkansas, and Jettie Henry, of Hope, Arkansas, four brothers, Joseph Williams (Brenda), and Keith Williams of Nashville, Arkansas, Greg Vaughn, of Mineral Springs, Arkansas, and Howard Gooden of Amarillo, Texas, eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
