Zoetta Lee (Gross) Morgan

Zoetta Lee Morgan, 80, of Amarillo, Potter County, Texas, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024.

Zoetta was born in Guthrie, Logan County, Oklahoma, to Raymond and Ernestine Franklin Gross. She lived a life filled with family, friends, and fun! She was known as the matriarch of the family who kept everyone together. Zoetta enjoyed spending time playing dominoes, cooking, and listening to the music of Tyrone Davis with her family.

Zoetta was the mother of two children and became the guardian of her granddaughter, Seqyoue Daniels, at the age of two. Over the years her family spent their vacations back in her hometown of Guthrie, Oklahoma, making many memories they will always hold dear.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Debbie Campbell, and son, Rubin Lee McKnight.

Left to cherish her memory, are her granddaughter Seqyoue Daniels and five grandchildren, Tina Daniels, Noneema Gross, Joseph Gross, Brandi Davis, and Robin Myers, a football team of great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, Xzianay Durley, and one on the way, a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
